Sam is a musician and music facilitator. He is a member of Mercury Prize nominated The Go! Team; CUZ, a collaboration with American bass player Mike Watt (The Minutemen / fIREHOSE / Iggy Pop and The Stooges); and The Daniel Wakeford Experience featuring the star of channel 4’s The Undateables.

Sam has worked as a music facilitator for the charity Rhythmix in a variety of community settings including NHS mental health provisions, youth clubs, hospitals and on mentor programmes working with isolated young people. He has also delivered nationally recognised qualifications for DV8 Sussex, a further education college. Since 2012 he has been developing his practice as a learning disability music producer for Carousel, a national portfolio learning disability arts organisation.

Sam has a Diploma in music technology and a Level 4 teaching in the lifelong sector qualification. He is a trained Arts Award assessor at Discover, Explore, Bronze, and Silver level.

Hannah is a multi-disciplinary arts practitioner, facilitator, musician, journalist and communications specialist. Her work spans theatre, performance, poetry, writing and photography.

Hannah consults with arts organisations to help identify and communicate creatively their unique stories, and also deliver standalone PR and press campaigns. She has managed PR for arts organisations across Sussex and beyond, including Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival, African Night Fever, Battle Festival, and Hastings Fat Tuesday.

Hannah is a director of ExploreTheArch, a theatre company which develops experiential theatre, site specific installations, and community projects, working nationally and internationally.

As a singer she has performed with choirs at many regional festivals and events, as well as being a member of Middle-Eastern folk quartet Oudolin. She is also a member of Babes in Arms, a collective of artist mothers based in the Hastings area.

Hannah has a BSocSc in Social Anthropology from the University of Manchester, and the NCTJ National Qualification in Journalism.

Esther is a multi-disciplinary arts practitioner, facilitator and project manager spanning community, art and culture.

Esther has designed and delivered diverse learning and participation programmes for Hayward Gallery, Southbank Centre, De La Warr Pavilion - Bexhill, Towner gallery - Eastbourne and DV8 Sussex. Esther has a background in live music and performance and has collaborated with music labels Bouffant Collective and Anti-Ghost Moon Ray as a filmmaker. Her film work has been screened at BFI London and the Barbican Centre.

In 2016 Esther co-founded Quiet Down There a CIC specialising in creative participation, amplifying cultural experiences in everyday settings. In 2017 she joined Project Art Works, an Arts Council National Portfolio organisation leading in the development of neurodiverse arts practice.

Esther has a BA Hons in Critical Fine Art Practice and a Postgraduate Certificate in Post-Compulsory Education. She is a trained Arts Award adviser at Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold level.

Andrew is an artist, musician and facilitator with a background in social care - working as a senior support worker and a specialist support worker, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. He performs as The Creaking Chair and is a member of experimental performance group Column 258.

Andrew works with Project Art Works as a studio artist, supporting the delivery of their in house programmes and national work. He has worked as a music facilitator with music charity Rhythmix, working alongside homeless charities and engaging young people with music making in the community. Working at Carousel, Andrew has supported musicians with learning disabilities to achieve their artistic ambitions on a number of different music projects.

Andrew has a BA Hons in Photographic Arts and is a trained Arts Award advisor for Discover and Explore qualifications.
